Terms of Use

You may browse the Site, watch the films, read the material and contact us through it. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights
• scrape, crawl or copy the Site at scale, or use its content to train a model, except as permitted by our published llms.txt or with our written consent
• probe, attack or interfere with the Site, its hosting, or any system connected to it
• impersonate Imperium, its people or its clients, or misrepresent your connection to us
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark or attribution notice

The Site and everything on it, including text, films, images, design, code, the Imperium and ARX names and marks, and the arrangement of all of these, belong to Imperium or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Nothing on the Site grants you a licence to any of it beyond viewing it in your browser for your own information.

Client names and marks appear with the permission of those clients and remain their property. The ARX software published on GitHub is licensed under the terms stated in that repository, which govern your use of the software itself.

The client stories on the Site are accounts given by real clients about their own businesses. The figures and outcomes they describe are specific to those businesses, their data, their teams and the period concerned. They are not a promise or prediction of what any other business will achieve. Your results will depend on your own circumstances and on the terms of your engagement with us.

Descriptions of the AI Operating System, ARX, Embedded AI Teams and other services on the Site are general. The scope, price, timeline, deliverables, service levels, confidentiality and data terms of any work we do are set out in a written agreement signed by both parties. Where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the agreement prevails for that engagement.

Requesting a walkthrough or an audit does not create an engagement. We may decline any request.

Films are streamed through Mux and, in some cases, YouTube. The Site links to services operated by others, including GitHub, YouTube and Instagram, and to Imperium services on other subdomains that may carry their own terms. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We try to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that any information on it is complete or current. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and your continued use after a change means you accept it.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imperium disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Site or its content will meet your requirements. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imperium and its members, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, however caused and whether or not foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You agree to indemnify Imperium against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

How we handle information collected through the Site is described in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property. If you use the Site from elsewhere, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms are between you and Imperium and confer no rights on anyone else. You may not assign your rights under them. They, together with the Privacy Notice, are the whole agreement between you and Imperium about your use of the Site.
