Core Concept Living is seventeen pool villas and a residential community. Infrastructure is complete, the villa tender is closing, and a one-year build on the first ten villas starts within weeks. Behind that sit tenders, purchase contracts, due diligence, sales contracts, engineering, legal, accounting and the marketing machine, the workload Shanny had planned to hire six to eight administrative people and a bench of consultants to carry.

The layer became what Shanny calls a superhuman assistant with real-time access to every document, number and message in the business, one that never forgets and can execute, not just advise. A quotation that used to mean going home, opening the laptop and losing an evening now goes out from his phone while he finishes coffee with the client: this villa, add the furniture package, attach the drawings, email it. The client has documents in minutes.

Legal was the sharpest cut. A drafted, vetted, checked sale contract used to cost $3,000 to $5,000 per plot. The machine now prepares the branded contract, the cover letter and the outbox draft, and it docks every correction so the next contract doesn't repeat the mistake. The consultant layer went the same way, including the marketing consultants he couldn't check because Meta was never his specialism.

Shanny's number for the whole arrangement is $10,000 to $15,000 a month saved, from hires not made and consultants no longer needed. His time arithmetic is blunter: one hour a day at the machine outperforms his old full working day. Looking back at the 35,000 square-metre city block he project-managed in Sweden, his estimate is that the same system would have removed the need for fifteen people on that job alone.
